Human Resources Officer

The HR Officer will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative support to staff and managers; ensuring that all of the procedures and routines that are necessary for effective people management are carried out on time and to standard.

He/she will support senior professionals in the Operations department, and external consultants, who have responsibility for developing strategy.  The role would, therefore, suit a capable new graduate who is keen to learn. An ability to work hard and turn theory into practice in support of a busy organisation is essential.
