Terms of Reference: Review of the SIMBA (Skills and Innovation for Micro-Banking in Africa) Programme

FSD Africa (“FSDA”) wishes to appoint a Consultant (the “Consultant”) to carry out a retrospective baseline study and period-to-date evaluation of its phase 1 programme – christened ‘SIMBA’. This exercise is expected to run for 75 working days and should help inform FSD Africa and DFID (FSDA’s donor) of the progress made since the programme’s inception in 2012. As well, the Consultant is expected to provide recommendations that inform the next phase of programming expected to commence in March 2017.

Your proposal, which should not exceed 10 pages in length (excluding annexes), should be sent by email to FSDA at info@fsdafrica.org under a subject line reading `SIMBA review’ no later than 1200 (EAT) 30th September 2016.
