Technical Support to Develop Project Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) Plan for SEEP

Savings Groups Evidence and Learning Initiative is looking to recruit a reputed firm / individual with expertise in monitoring & evaluation, to assist the SEEP Network to review the Theory of Change (ToC) as well as develop a comprehensive and practical Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) Plan for the Savings Groups Evidence and Learning Initiative.

The contracted consultant will assist SEEP in developing the MRM plan. They will review SEEP’s Savings Groups Evidence and Learning Initiative proposal, review the original TOC, and work alongside SEEP’s team developing the project plan in helping to construct the MRM plan. The MRM plan will be presented
to FSD Africa, as well as the project Advisory Committee for review, before it is finalized and operationalised as part of Phase 2 of the project.

All of the work is desk based and does not require travel. In addition to SEEP’s project team, the consultant will consult with FSD Africa representatives over the phone.
